Renee Moore

Renee is a dedicated professional Realtor committed to providing superior service and establishing customers for life. Her desire to exceed expectations is one reason for her continued success.



Renee began her real estate career in 1997 transitioning from a successful long term career in the airline industry in Missouri. She was named the Realtor of the Year of Gulf Harbour Yacht and Country Club, Top Producer of Sales and Top Volume of Sales in both 1999 and 2000. She received the Sales Excellence Award every year from 2003 thru 2009 from the Bonita Springs Board of Realtors. She also received the Chairman's Gold Circle and President’s Circle Award in 2003 thru 2005. Most recently awarded the Keller Williams Elite Realty Top Producer in 2009.

Carey Birch

Cary began his Real Estate career after 10 successful years in the Securities and Financial Service Industry. He also served as a Relationship Manager for a local commercial builder whose customer’s include a nationally known retail chain.

Carey is a full time tri-athlete who trains and competes all year long in our sunny state of Florida. He is an avid golfer with extensive knowledge of all the local golf courses and he’s a fisherman always after the Silver King! Carey joined The Renee Team with extensive residential Real Estate knowledge and the desire to develop lifelong customers.

Suzanne DiSebastiano

Suzanne began her real estate career in 2004 with extensive work experience from the healthcare, engineering, and small business industries. She has a bachelor degree in Business Administration/Marketing and a Computer Multimedia certification. Suzanne enjoys having a connection to nature and volunteers weekly for the Southwest Florida Conservancy Wildlife Rehabilitation Center. She contributes to a successful real estate team by creating and implementing systems for communication and follow up, building relationships with customers and industry specialists, and remaining up to date with market trends and technology.

Melissa Christy

Melissa began her Real Estate career with over 20 years of Retail Management experience, most recently overseeing the entire Northeast division of a major retail chain. Melissa is the proud mother of 2 boys, Sam and Jack. She & her husband Michael love raising their adopted Guatemalan boys in beautiful Estero Florida. The boys enjoy sun filled outdoor activities including biking and fishing. Melissa's enthusiasm and energy for the Real Estate Industry are invaluable to the team.
